Our Second Home: The Z Cribs

Our first home was named the Burgos Squad Hauz. We decided to nickname our second home the Z Cribs.  After more than a year of prayer and planning, we purchased these units in Sendara Plains, Brgy. Panipuan, Mexico, Pampanga, one for Zeph and one for Zayn. 

There are five reasons why this subdivision was chosen. 

1. It's close to our first house. 

2. The location is strategic. 

3. The block's roads measure widest. 

4. The price and size per unit are reasonable. 

5. The property serves as our children's savings account.

We were amazed to find out that the houses in our block were already constructed when we conducted an ocular visit last month.

The units are scheduled to be released in 2024.
