Passion
My top five passions are deeply rooted in personal experiences and influences that have shaped who I am today.
First is journaling, a habit lovingly planted by my mother when I was just six years old. Every year, she gifted us a journal to write down our goals and emotions—a tradition that taught me the power of reflection and intentional living.
Second is music, another gift from my mom. I love to sing and play instruments because music gives voice to feelings that words often can't capture. Some of my most heartfelt songs were written during the most emotional chapters of my life.
Third is meditation, which I discovered at the age of 30. It opened a door to a level of peace, clarity, and self-love I never knew was possible.
Fourth is exercise, which energizes my body and clears my mind.
And finally, eating vegetables—yes, truly!—is my feel-good, instant-happiness ritual. Together, these passions fuel my spirit and keep me grounded.
